01What is Rhyth?

Rhyth is a place for music and the people around it. Social and Radio are open now. Frequency NYC is our virtual club, currently preparing its first public nights.

02What can I use today?

Create an account to use Rhyth Social and Radio. You can tour Frequency NYC without an account and join the club opening list.

03Is Frequency NYC built?

Yes. The club environment is built. We’re curating its prelaunch and launch-week lineup, dates, and access before the public opening.

04Can I enter the club now?

Yes, the Frequency NYC tour is open as a preview without an account. Public event entry and ticketed nights will open when the first shows are announced.

05What happens when I create an account?

You can set up your Rhyth profile and use Social and Radio. Your account will also be your way into future club experiences.

06How old do I need to be?

You must be at least 16 to create a Rhyth account. Individual events may have additional rules, which will be shown before booking.

07What is Rhyth Social?

Social is where members share their work, connect, and take part in the music conversation.

08What is Rhyth Radio?

Radio is where you can discover music artists share on Rhyth. Available controls and features may evolve during beta.

09How do I hear about the first club nights?

Join the club opening list. We’ll share lineup, date, and entry updates there when they’re ready.

10I’m an artist. How do I perform?

Join the performer interest list from the Clubs map or the entry page. It records your interest; it is not a booking or a guaranteed spot. We’ll share application details as we curate the lineup.

11Does Rhyth take a cut of ticket sales?

Rhyth takes no commission on ticket sales. Artists keep 100% of net ticket revenue after processing fees and applicable adjustments. Show-specific terms will be presented before sales begin.

12Does Rhyth take a cut of tips?

Rhyth takes no commission on tips. Artists keep 100% of net tips after processing fees and applicable adjustments. Tips will become available with supported club events.

13What about merchandise?

Rhyth-produced merchandise is separate from the no-commission ticket and tip policy. Its pricing and terms will be shown when those products are offered.

14Can I buy a ticket now?

Tickets for the first public club nights are not on sale yet. Dates, prices, and access details will be announced with the lineup.

15Will I need a character to attend?

Your club character is how you’ll appear in the room. Character creation will be available as club access opens.

16Can I visit from my phone?

You can use the Rhyth site and account on mobile. The club experience may have device and browser requirements, which we’ll publish before public event entry.
