Privacy Policy.

We collect the information you provide, including your email address, profile details, posts, images, video, audio, music-release details, links, messages, creative calls, and Club booking requests. Supabase securely handles account credentials; Rhyth Labs LLC does not receive or store your plain-text password.

We use service providers such as Supabase for authentication, databases, and storage, and Vercel for application hosting. Stripe handles payment collection, recurring billing, creator onboarding, and payouts where paid features are available. These providers process information to provide their services; Stripe also processes some information for its own verification, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

For Fan Access, we process the creator and fan account identifiers, subscription and payment status, billing periods, transaction amounts, fees, refund requests and reasons, disputes, payout requests, and Stripe account and transaction identifiers. We use this information to control access to members-only content, display Wallet balances and history, manage recurring billing, reconcile earnings, prevent duplicate payments, and resolve support requests.

Payment methods and creator identity, tax, and bank details are collected through Stripe’s payment and onboarding services. Rhyth does not store full card numbers or card security codes in its application database. Stripe shares transaction information, account readiness, balances, and payout status with Rhyth as needed to operate the service.

The creator you subscribe to can see membership and transaction information associated with their offering, including your account identity, status, and relevant billing records. Authorized Rhyth support and finance personnel can access information needed to investigate refunds, disputes, and payouts. Members-only content is restricted to authorized accounts, but recipients may retain permitted downloads; access controls cannot prevent every copy or screenshot.

We do not sell your personal information. Public profile information and content marked public can be seen by other people. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction with appropriate safeguards.

We retain information while your account is active and as needed to operate the beta, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Billing and payout records may need to be retained after cancellation or account deletion for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations. Active subscriptions or unexpired paid access can prevent immediate self-service account deletion; support can help resolve outstanding billing and access. You may request account or data deletion by emailing hello@rhythlabs.com.

RhythLabs is intended only for people age 16 or older. Do not create an account if you are under 16.

You may edit your profile and content settings inside the product. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, contact hello@rhythlabs.com. Rights vary by location.
